What’s your fair usage policy?

Since CPU resources are shared, excessive or continuous usage of 100% CPU for extended periods may result in us requesting you to upgrade to a higher plan. Fair usage ensures stable performance for all users.

Can I send mass emails? Is Port 25 open?

Port 25 is blocked by default. We may lift the restriction for customers who prepay for at least 3 months and have a clean account history. Our services must not be used for bulk or unsolicited emailing. If email delivery is important, we strongly recommend using a third-party SMTP relay.

Is Windows Server available on VPS?

Yes, we offer installation templates for Windows Server, activated with a 60-day evaluation license. If Windows is not activated before the trial ends, your VPS will shut down automatically. Official licenses are available at extra cost based on your VPS core count.

When is Unmanaged VPS activated?

Unmanaged VPS will be activated within a reasonable timeframe of up to 48 hours after your payment is completed, excluding public holidays and weekends.
